Terms, Conditions, Cancellation Policies
Online ordering does not guarantee accepted purchases, when an order is MISSED or REJECTED, we may be experiencing issues or other technical difficulties. If you have received an ERROR message on your screen please call 9413427711 to verify if your order has been accepted. We do not make cancellations, refunds, returns, and exchanges after the order has been accepted. In the case of a mandatory cancellation, the customer incurs a 100% restocking fee on all perishable products. Orders that are not picked up will NOT be refunded. For orders for pick up 'as soon as possible' a notification is sent of how long until the order is ready after the order has been accepted by the restaurant with times ranging from 60 mins to 120 mins. If you are not sure if the wait is reasonable for your order, we recommend ordering in advance. By clicking on the "See MENU and Order" button you agree to the terms, conditions, and policies above.
Delivery through UberEats, Postmates, etc. are available from our restaurant. These delivery apps calculate available drivers to deliver products efficiently and at times when drivers are in high demand, unavailable or too far from the restaurant, then our restaurant may be temporarily unavailable through the app, therefore the available times are variable. Opening hours on third party delivery apps are variable. Prices on third party apps (Ubereats, Postrmates, etc.) may be different.
We make every reasonable effort to fulfill orders at the requested time, but we do not guarantee that orders will be fulfilled or at all. Online orders provide estimated times, but your order may be delayed if we are experiencing very high volume or extraordinary circumstances. We strive to provide our customers with orders in a timely manner, but we don't sacrifice quality for speed.
We recommend ordering in advance by phone or through our online ordering system. Pre-orders can be placed at any time of the day starting at 9am. Please place orders as early as possible.
Customers arriving in the restaurant to place an order in person may be subject to long wait times (usually between 30min to 120min).
We are resuming our normal business hours Monday through Friday from 5pm to 9 pm. Customers may still make pre-orders through our online ordering system (esushibar.com) starting at 9am for pick up starting at 5pm. IN THE CASE OF EMERGENCIES (pandemics, hurricanes, etc.) our hours may temporarily change (and may last for weeks to months depending on the situation) in order to reduce congestion at our location. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our menu items. Some images on our website menu are generic and may not be actual. We reserve the right to discontinue any menu item or product anytime. We reserve the right, but not obligated, to limit the sales of our menu items, products or services to any person. We may exercise this right on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any menu items, products or services that we offer. All descriptions of menu items, products and pricing are subject to change anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us.
If your order is important (catering, company parties, wedding receptions, etc.) please place the order 90 days in advance by calling us at (941) 342-7711. Take-Out Specials are not available for catering. We are not responsible for any unprocurable orders. All orders are manually confirmed by us directly. Find out in real-time when your food is ready. Watch on-screen when your food is ready and please have your order number or phone number ready at pick up, thank you!
Pick up times are available for online order pick up (independent contractors are accepted for delivery services).

All customer information is kept private. We do not require you to set up an account online. Your information will not be sold or shared with anyone. The information you submit while placing an order will not be sold to a third party.
Some of our products contain raw seafood. Consuming raw or undercooked seafood and shellfish may increase your risk of foodborne illness especially for the elderly, children under the age of four, pregnant women, and individuals with compromised immune systems.
